Cyno Medicaments is not a party to any trade and/or transaction between users, sellers or buyers. Cyno Medicaments Services is not responsible for any performance, breach of contract between Seller and buyer or users of this Order Handling Platform.

This Order Handling Platform uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information, products and materials found or offered on this Order Handling Platform for any particular purpose. Products listed on our Order Handling Platform belong to respective Sellers who utilise Cyno Medicaments Services to manage their platform. You will receive your username and password directly from the Seller. Cyno Medicaments Services Pte Ltd is not responsible for your trade or products or contents therein which you buy using this Order Handling Platform, as Cyno Medicaments Services is not the manufacturer and also not the Seller of products listed on the platform.

Cyno Medicaments Services is only managing a platform for the Seller, Companies/Manufacturers to trade their products. Contract of sale is strictly between Sellers and Buyers of respective products. Cyno Medicaments Services is not a party to any dealings and/or contract between Seller and/or buyer or users and denies any obligations towards the contract between Seller or Buyer or users.

No Warranties

This Order Handling Platform is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Cyno Medicaments Services makes no representations or warranties in relation to this Order Handling Platform or the information, products and materials provided on this Order Handling Platform.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Cyno Medicaments Services does not warrant that:

• This Order Handling Platform will be constantly available, or available at all; or
• The information on this Order Handling Platform is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.

Nothing on this Order Handling Platform constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. If you require advice in relation to any legal, financial or medical matter you should consult an appropriate professional.

Limitations of Liability

Cyno Medicaments Services shall not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this Order Handling Platform:

• To the extent that the Order Handling Platform is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;
• For any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
• For any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

These limitations of liability apply even if Cyno Medicaments Services has been expressly advised of the potential loss. You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this Order Handling Platform.

Customs Clearance

We regret we cannot guarantee customs clearance in any country. Please check your latest customs regulations before placing an order. You should be in possession of valid documents and a doctor's prescription prior to ordering any products on this Order Handling Platform and should have been advised by your Doctor or Medical Professionals to order, use, possess and consume these products.

Applicable Law

Our Customers and Sellers using this Order Handling Platform will have full access to manage their own products listed on our platform. We make no representation that the Content is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited.

Any claim relating to the Order Handling Platform shall be governed by the internal laws of Singapore or Place of Registration/Jurisdiction of Seller of goods. By using this Order Handling Platform you agree and have no legal right to pursue any claims and disputes relating to your trade, buying/selling of products or any issues relating to products listed on or transacted on this Order Handling Platform.

Shipping Policy

The company you are buying from is responsible for shipping your products. Orders will be sent either via Registered Post or Courier (EMS) as per your preference or as specified in your order at an applicable cost. Your local postman should deliver the package at your doorstep or leave a notice in case you are not at home, always subject to the practices and policies of your local post office or courier service.

Delivery can sometimes take a little longer due to delays at customs, which does not depend on our delivery service. Sellers using our platform confirm that all products listed by them are readily available to be shipped immediately. Sellers endeavour to process all orders within 7 working days of irreversible receipt of funds, subject to local holidays.

Please contact the Company/Seller you bought your product from should you have any queries, experience delays, or do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch.

Use of Cookies

In order to improve our service we need to collect browsing information. Cookies are small text files sent from the Web server to you to record session information, such as past activity on our Order Handling Platform in order to provide better service when visitors return. This will help us understand which pages are frequently accessed and we shall endeavour to simplify and improve your experience.

Policy on Products Offered

No banned substances such as Narcotics or Controlled Substances will ever be available through us on our Order Handling Platform.
